Refund and Returns Policy

We offer refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged at its destination.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind.

We are happy to work through any issues regarding purchase issues.

Postage is through Australia Post and costings are calculated at checkout for purchases.

Refunds for defective items need to be received within 30 days of purchase, free postage will be provided for the returned item through us and Australia Post.
